Cancellation policy

From time to time, Taylor Francis & Co. offers selected products for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for dispatch.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order will be processed and reserved once payment has been received.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Any estimated arrival or dispatch dates provided are approximate only. While we endeavour to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to supplier, manufacturer or shipping circumstances beyond our control.

If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Refund & Returns Policy applies.

Supplier Changes

Occasionally, suppliers may delay, discontinue or change products that are available for pre-order.

If we are unable to supply your pre-ordered item, you will be offered the choice of:

  • a full refund;

  • waiting for the revised release date (if applicable); or

  • an alternative product, if available.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. Additional shipping charges may apply if separate deliveries are requested.
