Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on (03) 9878 9955. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@taylorfrancis.com.au. We will do our best to update your delivery details before your order is dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is provided for all parcels.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, peak periods or severe weather events.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

  • A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $100.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our Blackburn store.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming that it is ready to collect.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Delivery

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been been received. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
