Loyalty Program

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Taylor Francis & Co. Loyalty Program (the Program). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is free to join and is available to individual retail customers who register a personal customer account with Taylor Francis & Co.
The Program is not available to wholesale, business or trade accounts. Taylor Francis & Co. reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Rewards Page
Current information about the Taylor Francis & Co. Rewards Program, including point-earning opportunities, reward options, redemption values and referral offers, is available on our Rewards page:

The Rewards page may also display other promotional offers from time to time.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Rewards page and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
3. Earning Points
Members can earn points through eligible activities, including purchases and selected promotional activities.
Points are generally awarded once the qualifying activity has been verified.
Points are not earned on gift card purchases, shipping charges or taxes.
Taylor Francis & Co. reserves the right to remove or adjust points that have been awarded in error or where an order is cancelled, refunded or returned.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards both online and in-store.
Points:
-
have no cash value;
-
cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged;
-
cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards; and
-
cannot generally be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
5. Referral Rewards
Members may refer friends using their unique referral link.
Referral rewards are intended for genuine new individual retail customers only.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referrals to wholesale, business or trade accounts, or any fraudulent referral activity may result in referral rewards being cancelled and membership being suspended or terminated.
6. Points Expiry
Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
Where possible, we will endeavour to notify members before points expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
7. Member Accounts
You must maintain an active personal customer account to participate in the Program.
Points are linked to your registered account and are non-transferable.
You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your email address, up to date.
8. Program Changes & Termination
Taylor Francis & Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Program, including earning rules, reward values and redemption options, at any time.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
If the Program is discontinued, any unused points will expire on the date advised by Taylor Francis & Co.
9. Fraud & Misuse
Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program—including fake reviews, fake social media follows, referral abuse or any other attempt to manipulate the Program—may result in:

cancellation of points or rewards;

suspension or termination of membership; and/or

cancellation of future participation in the Program.
All decisions made by Taylor Francis & Co. regarding Program eligibility, rewards and point balances are final.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
