Purchasing Gift Cards

Taylor Francis & Co. Gift Cards are available for purchase online and in-store.

Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise from Taylor Francis & Co. and are not redeemable for cash.

Validity

Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Any remaining balance after a purchase will remain available until the expiry date.

Redeeming Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be redeemed online and in-store.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future purchases until the expiry date.

Gift Cards may be used over multiple transactions until the full balance has been redeemed or the Gift Card expires.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your Gift Card like cash.

Taylor Francis & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards and they cannot be replaced or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If merchandise purchased using a Gift Card is returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, any approved refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card.
