Refund policy

At Taylor Francis & Co., we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns provided that:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

  • You provide your original tax invoice or other proof of purchase.

  • The item is unused, unopened (where applicable) and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in a resalable condition.

  • The return is approved by Taylor Francis & Co.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be received by us within 14 days of the approval date.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for change of mind.

Jewellery

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges on jewellery.

If your jewellery is faulty or not of acceptable quality, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Perfume

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges on perfume that has been opened or used.

If your perfume arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Sale items are also not eligible for complimentary gift wrapping.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include your order number or proof of purchase and photographs of the item to help us assess your claim.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will provide a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy where required.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will also reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.

How to Return Your Order

Please ensure all approved returns are securely packaged and include your original tax invoice or other proof of purchase.

For safe and secure delivery, we recommend returning your parcel via Registered Post or a trackable courier.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products fail to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
