The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition.
Please carefully select your Jewellery as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that no refunds or credits will be offered for Sale items.
HOW TO RETURN
Please ensure that all items being returned are in their original condition. Returns must be received within a two-week period after receiving confirmation of approval.
When returning the goods, kindly use the original packaging and include the original tax invoice. For safe and secure shipping, we recommend using Registered Post or a traceable courier.
Please send returns to Taylor Francis & Co at 104 South Parade, Blackburn, VIC, 3130.
Once the product is received at our Melbourne warehouse, we will assess the goods and issue a full refund or replacement. If the product is deemed faulty, we will also refund the cost of returning it.
