Shipping policy

Once your order has been completed, no alterations can be made.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us at your earliest convenience at info@taylorfrancis.com.au

When we have processed your order you will receive an email from us, confirming that your order has been received and has been dispatched. Orders are processed Monday – Friday (except on public holidays)

Postage and Handling

• Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days
• All orders are delivered by Australia Post and will require a signature upon delivery.  Full tracking is available on all parcels.
• Please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery depending on your location within Australia.
• For urgent orders please email info@taylorfrancis.com.au or call 03 9878 9955 for alternative delivery options.
• There is no delivery charge on orders over $100
• Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $10

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email and a text from us, confirming that your order has been completed and is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order confirmation receipt to pick up your order.
