SHIPPING & RETURNS

Confirmation of Order

Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us, confirming that your order has been received and has been despatched. Orders are processed Monday – Friday (except on public holidays)

Postage and Handling

  • Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days
  • All orders are delivered by Sendle Registered Post and will require a signature upon delivery.  Full tracking is available on all parcels.
  • Please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery depending on your location within Australia.
  • For urgent orders please email info@taylorfrancis.com.au or call 03 9878 9955 for alternative delivery options.
  • There is no delivery charge on order over $100
  • Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $10

Returns and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, please notify Taylor Francis & Company within 7 business days to arrange a refund or replacement.  Please email info@taylorfrancis.com.au or call 03 9878 9955.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging, and unused.

PLEASE NOTE, we are unable to accept returns if; the tags have been removed, the item has been worn, the item has been washed or the item has been marked with makeup/ tan/ perfume/ deodorant etc.
Items returned that do not meet this criteria will be posted back to you and no store credit issued.

We do not accept returns on Sale items.
